What should we wear?
I have a beautiful client wardrobe available to every mama who books a studio session with me. I also have outfits for newborns and some options for older siblings. Every session includes a complimentary chat about wardrobe so everyone in your fam will look great! I also prefer bare feet in studio so don't worry about shoes!
Can we include other family members in the session?
Session pricing is applicable to one household. If you would like to add others additional fees will apply. Please contact me to discuss prior to booking.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, I would love to include your fur baby! Pets are allowed in the buidling as long as they are quiet and don't make a mess! You are responsible for any damages. Please let me know in advance if you would like this option.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, in order to hold your spot I require a $100 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance. Your session is not considered booked until the deposit is received in full.
How long is a photo session?
Length varies. Family/Maternity are typically 45 minutes. Newborn sessions are usually 1.5 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations with 7+ days notice will be rescheduled to the next available appointment. Cancellations with less than 7 days are subject to loss of deposit at the discretion of the photographer (late/early arrival of newborn babies is an exception). No shows or late arrivals (more than 20 mins) will result in loss of deposit.
Where is your studio?
My studio is located in downtown Winnipeg, just a short drive from any neighbourhood. I am in the historic Allman Block on Main Street. The building doesn't look like much from the outside but you'll be surprised how beautiful the interior is! Lots of natural light and 14 ft ceilings, oh so pretty!
Do you have pictures of your studio?

Is your studio accessible?
Unfortunately there is no elevator in my old building and one flight of stairs to walk up.
Are there Covid protocols?
Please do let me know if you are feeling unwell before your session and I will do the same. Even though it is no longer required, I do still wear a mask for all maternity and newborn sessions to protect your little one. It is not mandatory for others to wear masks in my studio.
Why are family sessions only available on certain dates?
I'm a busy mom and I've been trying to take evening appointments by request, but it is getting difficult as my kids get older and busier with activities. For 2023, I will be blocking off whole weekends to do family sessions at various locations around winnipeg. These will be offered spring, summer, fall. Depending on demand, I may add a weekend here or there. I hope to get a mailing list going soon, but until then watch my IG posts/stories for notifications!
Do you photograph weddings?
At this time I do not photograph weddings, having said that if you want to fly me to a fabulous (warm) vacation area to capture your wedding, I could probably not bring myself to say no LOL!
